1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply between ac365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to your use of any service on the ac365 platform, including website browsing, account registration, financial transactions, betting, casino games, and other related activities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more and get the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to the first deposit of a new account holder.
• While a bonus is active, wagering will be calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• ac365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse or fraud.
• ac365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

ac365 has three VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's overall activity and loyalty. The benefits and conditions of each tier are separate, and ac365 reserves the right to change this policy.

5. Betting & Gaming Policy

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on ac365 are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. We use certified technology to ensure fair play. Users must comply with the following:

• No fraudulent software or bots may be used.
• Coordinated betting through two or more accounts is prohibited.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and associated balances may be forfeited.
